Hmm....i wish there was some way to change his mind about running pro class. Not saying i'd be nearly as good of competition as what he would find in the pro class, but i believe i could give him a good run.

Yeah, he's supposedly a real cool guy. Looking forward to (hopefully) running against him this year. That is--if he doesn't run pro class. As far as your situation goes- i have heard that rcomps save you about 1-2 seconds on a 60 second course over street tires. But Ra1s are pretty darn sticky...
