i've used hair spray on a piece of cloth, then dabbed, to remove writing pen ink from leather couches more than once, at the recommendation of a friend with more kids than I have. works 100%

hairspray will remove ink from leather without a trace.

2014.5 GT - mine definitely has weaker heated seats than the two cars we traded in on the CX5 (an 08 miata and an 09 camry hybrid, both w/leather), or all the cars prior to that. Minneapolis. On highest setting, gets slowly warm but never hot.
