Definitely untrue - there's more to driving than outright speed - driving dynamics plays a huge part. I would take a M3 or a Lotus Evora, Porsche Cayman S over a Nissan GT-R all day. However, if you're looking for outright speed, obviously the MS3 is the way to go.

You can do oil analysis which will show breakdowns of what kinds of metals are wearing in the engine etc. I get less wear using Amsoil compared to other synethic oils in my evo (2.0L turbo). Mobil 1 is all right, but they're not the best - they're not fully synthetic as their labeling...

bumpp all you guys running Mobil 1, I recommend you try Amsoil once.. Just once. The difference is noticeable, and you can just tell the oil is better on the motor. Like I said, I have some really good hook ups/pricing (i dont make money), so just let me know!

double clutch downshifting is really only "necessary" in like a motorsport application.. otherwise if you're just cruising, i just brake and stay in neutral, and if I have to go again in the middle of that i'll just rev match and shift into whatever gear

haha. i've tried out a variety, i rank amsoil and eneos up top.. evos have never liked RP so I dont use that. I definitely notice a difference between amsoil and mobil 1 though - engine runs smoother, pulls smoother etc. I've got hook ups (with amsoil), let me know if anyone wants it!
