Instead of buying an exhuast for another platform and modifying it to fit, why not just go custom. If all your after is sound, welding up a new muffler is all you really need to do. Find a shop that does that and have them quote you a price. It may be cheaper than a catback for a 3.

While the mileage is stellar compared to the competition, its not compared to its manual counterpart. 35>32 highway mpg's. Performance? Come on now. The sport manual would out perform that auto in every measurable aspect. And lol @ convenience in real world urban/suburban driving conditions...

Its fun flogging the little 2 liter. And yes, it has enough power to get you to dangerous speeds. Anything these days does. But if your in an area with a lot of elevation changes the lower power shows it self often.

Revs at highway speeds are mid 2k rpms. Which is ok with me. It gets up to about 3k at 80mph. Again, its probably a good thing since its closer to peak torque. This engine really wakes up after 4k so it makes since that its a little high in the revs at highway speeds as this helps with passing...

Every auto mag comparo i've come across for the last 2 years showed they're actual mpg's to be way lower then what one would expect with those ratings. Same goes for performance figures. I've been calling Korean car makers bluff for awhile now. I'm glad to see it come to light.

Get your self a coat hanger, make it straight and tape the wire to it. Then push it threw the grommet right next to that bundle of wires. Super easy.

And for people who prefer to row they're own. Better mpg's, better performance, better control. I wish more people would opt for the manual. We'd have less people pissing with they're cell phones if they actually had to pay attention to they're driving.

My manual FWD is completely adequate. I toted me and 3 passengers around today with cargo and the a/c on with no problem. In that guise the power available works. But the heavy AWD coupled with and auto trans has to be a terrible combo for this motor. Especially those with the big 19" rims. I...
