Just received the standback from CPE today! I am getting it installed, tuned and dyno'd 2 weeks from today...hate waiting.

Amazing, how difficult is it to hook up in the gears 1-3? I will definitely be purchasing the PnP model. How are u getting around the Fuel Cut-off? I swear I have felt it as well, 2 or 3 times, and all I have is the MS cai and TXS Hybrid BOV.

Nopi 2007 was awesome! The drifting was my favorite. The Viper was tearing it up(boom06) Here are a few pics I took. I saw only one other MS3 there, pretty cool guy with a Cosmic Blue Speed (it had CPE intake,RX8 wheels).

GTI's are fun cars but they really don't compare to the performance of the Speed 3. I think the R32 would be more comparable although it is AWD. Too bad it weighs so freak'n much.

Looks great. How much was the drop? I love those wheels, seems popular on the MS3. I have Eibach's and love them but my shocks are going on me :eek: Ride has gotten much sloppier and the rear shocks squeek here and there. I'm probably ordering the MazdaSpeed Coilovers on a Group Buy today.

Eibach Pro Kit - Akita Ak-4's (Hyper Silver) Thoughts: Much more stiff but also much less body roll. Shocks seem to be holding up fine, guess time will tell. Love the look and will probably go one profile lower in tire size when I get some new shoes to make sure I don't rub during spirited...

I got them from Mean Street Motorsports and I believe they were around $250. They are for the standard 3 (5 door). The MazdaSpeed Springs weren't a big enough drop for me (for the money) and with a slightly lower profile tire, these Eibach springs will be perfect.

Thanks for the comments guys (cheers2) I haven't scrubbed since pushing the car to its limits on Saturday but I will still be going to a lower profile tire to be safe. I have gotten more compliments this weekend on the car since I have had it(2thumbs)
