I don't think DSG is the same color. It's a color that was new for '01, and came on the Taurus's and Cougars (there may be others I'm unaware of). It might be the same, but for reference, here are a few pics of it on the Cougar.

Yeah, sorry. MKIV's are the current body style for the Jetta/Golf/GTI, with the 1.8T and 24v VR6. They've been the most trouble-prone of the 4 models.

Hush up, you. :p 1MP3iNH: Again, the '03s are SUPPOSED to be cured of most of the major issues with the MKIVs. Of course, just like the Spec V there's no way to be sure of that as the cars are still much too new for any conclusive evidence.

I wasn't getting upset, but so many people I talk to try and ramrod the SRT down my throat. Therefore, I try and squelch the noise before it starts. :) Yeah, does the fact that they have a dedicated "Problems" section indicate what is sure to come? The Cougar forums have a problem section...

If it actually comes down to which "feels" better, than I'll take the one that "feels" better. To put it very bluntly, I don't like the Neon. Period. It's ugly, it's offensive, it's a Neon (flame me if you must, but I stand by it), it's loud, and it's American. I don't want one, and I refuse...
