well the low beams are held in with a clip in the headlight, if someone had removed and replaced the bulb they might of damaged the clip which wont hold the light or the clip might be unclipped, cause the low beam bulbs are pretty hard to figure out how they work untill you finally take it off...

Dose the tint come off or peel?... & can the tint be removed say after a year back to stock?

I guess to make sure the tint is the same on both you would have to go by coats of spray?

Yeah but I think the tint stuff would be better cause if I paint and screw up... thats a big waste of cash and a big (bang) I was thinking of getting that tint stuff on e-bay for like $8 a roll...
