    Steering Wheel Emblem

If you press (gently) with your fingertips around/across the hub, you'll be able to see the indents and creases where the split lines are.

    New (to us) 2019 CX-5

You can disable i-Stop with an aftermarket box. This is one vendor, I'm sure there are others: https://mikstoreph.com/collections/cx5-2018-2021-interior-accessories/products/i-stop-disabler-module

    Mazda Infotainment Settlement

Hah, you must've read their minds! Arrived in the mail today! Yeah, don't need one for the 2014. It's got a replacement Kenwood in it :)

Our 2019 CX-5 radio is starting to have the dreaded 'ghost touch' so I'm happy to see this. I'm still confused if the warranty extension is now in force, or if I have to wait for the court case? Anyone?

Clunking noise from driverside front has mechanics stumped

It's exactly the same way on the CX-5. The LCAs/bushings/balljoint are all one unit. It was NOT easy for me (and others). The outboard ball end pinch-pin was a beast to remove from the socket on the upright. I ended up using a friend's oxy torch to heat it enough to get it out. Also, there...

    Yep. Same as mine.

CX-5 Doors and Trunk opening by itself

Yeah, I would steer away from the silicone ones. They get staticky and attract dirt. That's why I suggested the leather ones.

CX-5 Doors and Trunk opening by itself

I got one like this for my CX-50. Buttons are well protected from accidental pushes. Only issue with mine is that although the button positions are indented in the leather on the side, they are still difficult to see. So, I got a silver Sharpie and outlined the 'open' button - works like a charm.

New Brake Pad Recommendations for 2016.5 GT AWD?

Well, @Jmaz discussion aside, I've found that the rears on both our CX-5's (2014 and 2019) wear a lot quicker than the fronts, in fact I have to replace the 2019's rears now, while the fronts are fine. But I too - on all my previous cars - had found fronts wear more. Just not on CX-5's

Take the keys out of your pocket and see if it happens again. Could just be something in your pocket pressing buttons without you realizing it.

New Brake Pad Recommendations for 2016.5 GT AWD?

Don't assume that. The rears wear at a faster rate than the fronts.

    Australian cargo light kit

I replaced the bulb in the tailgate with a bright LED bulb. Huge difference and no need for additional lights.

    Stuck in ACC mode?

I have Fortins in two cars without issues, but it should be easy enough to disconnect the connectors and eliminate (or not) the Fortin as a cause.

Mazda include any pre-wired spots or spare wires for reversing camera?

I don't know if there are wires included for cars that didn't have cameras. But what are you connecting the camera to? The 1st gen (at least) cars used a 6V supply for the camera, while most aftermarket radios and cameras are 12V...

    Stuck in ACC mode?

A classic problem is the shifter park switch. Try jiggling/pushing on your shift lever once in park and see if that fixes it. I had this happen in our 2014 and managed to shim the switch to fix it (alternative is to replace it).
