    Help: FMIC Install problems

If I'm remembering correctly, ION's kit doesn't use that space because they also wanted a larger radiator.

    Help: FMIC Install problems

Both Spool and Hiboost kits work with a full size radiator, not sure if wagner made a kit or not, but they all would be a good reference minus the fact they were on a different turbo setup, should still show you some routing options. Let me know what your fabricator does and costs, I want to do...

oh, and I was suppose to let you know about the speed sensor. My speedometer works fine. I have the stock es tranny and the MSP turbo setup bolted on minus the ic, and I retrofited the Injen msp intake on it. rubs on the plasitc outside of the radiator fan, but no big deal.

question about MSP turbo on P5

Ok, then I must have my BPV installed backwards then, because I could have sworn that the arrow should point towards the air intake, indicating that the air flows from the charge pipe to the intake when the tb is slammed closed. Your saying this is not correct. I've posted another message where...

question about MSP turbo on P5

I can get it, but it won't be untill tomorrow. Otherwise, just call a dealer and ask for the part number for the MBSP (Main Bearing Support Plate) off the MSP.

question about MSP turbo on P5

The MBSP from the dealer will be around $300, compared to the $50 oil pan.

question about MSP turbo on P5

I think it would be possible to tap the original MBSP if you have or are an extreamly talented welder. It would be difficult to wled some type of structure in the limited amount of space and not leak oil. If you can, get the msp MBSP.

question about MSP turbo on P5

If you can get the MBSP, do that. I recently installed the MSP setup including ecu in my es. First I tapped the oil pan and ran into the oil burning issue. The MSP turbo sits so low and oil backs up easily into the turbo, dosen't smell to good either. I got the MBSP and installed that (a b****...
