Does anyone have a good solution for modifying the stock boot? I just bought a momo f16 evo knob and it looks ridiculous with that huge round plastic thing....i was thinking of taking it out and using the bottom ring that comes wtih the knob to hold the boot up.

Just put the AEM in. You dont' have to relocate anything. I was also talking to some guys who had used the Ractive, and ebay ones, they switched to AEM because it fits in the car better, which reduces rattling and wear. It also makes it much easier to install...we did so in 20 minutes...

Takes more work to get the car moving since RPMs are lower. For example, if you jumped from 1st to 4th, even with your pedal to the metal, you woudln't accellerate that quick...all the while sucking gas. That's my theory anyways.

Tint went well. My dealer actually contracted the work to Brookswood Tinting or something. Total price for 8 windows was $268 inc tax. Looks wicked now.

I'm getting mine tinted (8 windows I think) through my dealer in Langley (they use thie dude who's done many pr5's before). I'll let you know how it goes.
