Yeah it never smoked with the cat... but how can the cat stop the smoking? the cat takes bad gases and turns them into "good" gases... not stop smoking... it is weird... and should I leave the CAI on? can they say, if it's the turbo, that the CAI caused it?

Hey, mine smokes, it started right after I put the test pipe on, and before the CAI. If I take it to the dealer should I install the original airbox? and the cat? What should I do?

I was thinking on doing gunmetal or charcoal as well since I have the BCM color. You sorta get an idea with the brake dust. How much do you guys think it will be for powder coating?

Hey just a suggestion.. you can paint the non-stainless parts with POR15 stuff.. that thing you can hit the metal with a hammer and it won't chip, you can bend it and it' won't crack... that stuff is awesome. They have it for high heat applications as well.. look here: http://www.por15.com
