I'm not sure how the mudflaps/splash guards install on a 3, but on most other cars where the plastic of the flap/guard meets the fender it slowly rubs the paint. Over time it will rub right through to the bare metal, and leave a great place for salt to gather and rust to take over.

I guess I should clarify... if I had the *rim* already I would find a way to weigh it. i.e., before I shop for these wheels I'd like to know how much they weigh, and figured someone on here might know. Guess not?
