The "silencer " is a tight fit. You need to get hold of opposite sides of the outlet and pull out evenly. You may find that you like the exhaust better with the silencer in place. It can be alittle loud without it.

I recently have had a problem with my 2003.5 MSP. At around 1500 - 2100 RPM, at steady cruise, the car will buck like it is getting fuel cut. If I accelerate through this RPM range, it runs fune. It runs fine above this RPM range. I got the codes read. This is what I got: 0037, 0102, and...

The hose with the green barrel attaches to the blue nipple that is on the lesft side of your photo. It would be the closest nipple. I hope this helps.
