Did anyone know that our cars had a factory oil cooler? I was looking at a manual for the mazda protege 2.0 engine and it showed an oil coller placed right before the oil filter. The oil cooler has coolant lines running through them. How efficient do you think that is? I'll try to get pictures.

Same here. I've had mine since Jan 2004. The only problem was the actuator and they replaced the whole turbo.(bowdown) Thank god!!!!!.

the actuator is the problem. I had the same problem when my car had 25k. At that time they said they could not just replace the actuator, so they replaced the whole turbo. (silverpro (dance)

My actuator broke when i had 25k, it started to make a loud whistling nose like i had a vacuum leak. Brought it to mazda and they replaced the hole turbo. Mazda said they couldnt just order the actuator they had to replace the whole turbo. No complaints here(dance)
