Well just got done converting my Injen CAI into a SRI. It was a very easy process so far all I really did was attach the filter directly to the second half of the MAF and it fits perfect. Really didnt get to take her out to see some difference because its snowing like whoa in Michigan and the...

well I am goin to the hardware store now to get a hardpipe with a slim bend to attach to the MAF and drill a hole for the temp sensor then attach the cone filter to that. cant wait to get it done. let you all know how it turns out. By the way anybody else try converting an Injen CAI in to a SRI?

so whats the estimate price to do a project like this yourself?? also what size intercooler would be best suited for our MSP?

yeah it could be the cold too cause I seem to be boosting close to 8 all the time now and I havent really gotten on it in the cold snowy weather either. I replaced all my vacc lines too and have no kinks in my line. maybe with the FMIC you got a lil extra boost spike in the cold who knows...

Yeah let us know how it turns out. also I was thinking you might need a slimmer cone filter. The one that comes with the Injen kit looks too big for that area. I may be wrong though..

I was seriuosly just thinking the same question myself. I think you probably could hook up a filter directly to the second half of the MAF and then my only issue would be about the sensor that is located on the second half of the piping. How would you go about remounting the sensor thats right...

I noticed on these really cold ass nights in Michigan that I usually spike at just under 8 PSI!!!!!!! And I have not been flashed yet and have not touched the boost. Just wondering if anybody else is spiking at almost 8 PSI stock?????????
