I run the HPS on my own car and love them. I also (shameless plug!) sell tons of them. They have great bite for a street pad and not much dust in combination with my EBC rotors. I would be running the HPS even if I didn't sell them, though.

I have the AWRs...and bought them from Ken...I love them. But the inserts are just that---inserts. If your Motor Mount is actually broken then you'll need to replace it, too.

I can't stand the thought of waiting that long now that I know it's coming here..I have a 47 mile commute each way to the office (all highway) and the 2 will be a perfect DD. And my Protege just turned 130k, so I was going to replace it in the spring...

Oh...and Edwin, I'm glad you didn't mention Eibach...I had both of my front springs break on me within the last two years.

That was my first thought, too...I'd really like to see pics of the whole assembly, or at least what's left of it. Sounds like even more that just a broken strut!

You know strangely enough, when I moved from PA to FL my oil consumption is back to normal. But the difference is, even though my daily commute is more than 10 miles longer than it was in PA, it's nearly all done at 65-75 mph; the 'rush hour' stop-and-go traffic is not part of my regimen any...
