I have the EGR to go with it as well. I bought this back around May of 2006 but my car has been down for a couple years while being built so if I had to guestimate I would say it has been driven for 10k miles or less. i have a 2.0L motor for a mazda protege . head has been completely rebuilt with oem parts. head is resurfaced and ready to drop in . was put together by a professional certified mechanic. bottom end has fried rings but great for rebuild . block has 28,000 miles on it asking for complete engine $600 plus shipping... short block is $200 plus shipping and the rebuilt head , basically brand new $450 plus shipping. very firm on price but i am willing to negotiate

want to buy any size rims with snow tires for the winter. i would prefer steel rims because it's cheaper. but any type of rim that's any size is fine as long as it fits my msp and has snow tires on it!

Well, its sad to say that the protege is no longer. Not too long ago myself and a friend of mine were on the freeway. at about 12:30 am, a rouge semi wheel bounced over the median and smashed into the center of the windshield, tearing the roof off the car and stuffing it in the back seat. Luckily, we both got away with only cuts and bruises. The car itself is in good condition, minus the roof of course. the A-pillars are a little bent but thats about as far as the damage goes. Everything on the car is for sale. The engine was rebuilt at 92,000 miles by Michigan Motor Exchange. It now has approx. 40,000 miles on it, and the body of the car has 135,000. It was turbocharged at the beginning of January this year, so the kit dosent have...

Trying to gauge any interest in selling my car. 03 with just over 70k miles now. New brakes on all four, front tires 60% rear 75% left. New t-stat installed 1 month ago. Oil changed regularly every 3000 miles. No mechanical issues aside from squeaking suspension (have new rear swaybar bushings). Body does have two spots i want to point out, one being where a basketball goal fell on the passenger side pillar and left a nice dent and chipped the paint and two on the underside of the trunk one of the seams has someone opened up and there is some slight rust. I plan on at least removing any rust and priming and possibly painting these two areas. There are other minor dents and dings, most can be removed by paintless dent removal...
