Stoptech is saying that the racing hearts won't clear anyone have any experience?
Anyone have stoptechs with the stock wheels?

The StopTech big brake kit will not fit under the stock wheels.
Here's a picture of the kit installed on our MP3-T project car:

The wheels are Volk Racing TE-37 sized 18x7.5 with a 40mm offset and require a 5mm spacer to clear the caliper.

Shawn thank you very much for comfirming that for me. the caliper must have alot of overhang
40mm AND a 5mm spacer?
Do you get rubbing at all??
correct me if im wrong but wouldnt that be similar from a tire Vs. fender standpoint, to running 35 offset wheels?
Im gonna take one of my rims off tomm to see if the stoptech will fit buy damn....if they needed a 5mm spacer just to fit on those volks im guessing im in trouble too...

I tried the StopTech route, but even with 15mm spacers, they will not fit. Delsing Motorsport offers a 6 piston Willwood caliper, 13 inch diameter rotor, 1.1 inch thick directional vane disk kit. We just completed the prototype and it is awesome. The pics below are with our race wheels which require only a 5mm spacer. The stock wheels work with a 15mm spacer.

I have 18" Rh evolution S7s in a 42 offset.
I am gonna pull one off the car tomorrow to check but after seeing this template printout im not gonna get my hopes up....
I wanted to order a kit probably next weekend but if I have to wait I might hold out as I think corsport is going to do a kit with brembos..

Will the front only require a 15mm spacer and then a 10mm on the rear? I'm only asking because the site says you can go up to 15mm on the front with increased camber, but only 10mm in the back with increase camber. I'm assuming that this is a kit for all four.Micaspeed! said:
