There is someone selling a 94 MX-6 V6 5sp 157000km for 4500nego. with Pioneer cd player, boston speakers and cold air intake. AC need to refill, summer tires last at most another summer. Winter tires are given. No rust.

What do you think?

Anyone running a MX6 with that milage?
I wonder if those car are still good after 10 years.

Well I own an older style MX6 too and im selling mine. It has less miles and more performance mods done to it, but mine is a very strong running car. Mine is the 4 cylinder, so the v6 would be very nice. If that helps at all, plus the car is newer then mine so it has some more options too.

ok, as a probe owner (sold it last summer), i can tell you the price is waay to high. I sold my probe with 117000 miles for 2500$. My probe was in a very good shape with many things new and a nice head unit and speakers to top it off. I loved the car very much but it had problems. There is a tonn of info on the net about the mx-6 and the probe and their reliability. Overall they are reliable but have tipical problems that always happen. For example the infamous Distributor problem common to the mazda's V6 engine. Happend to me. Find out what has been changed. If you have questions ask me, i'll help you. But remember if the person is selling a used car there has to be a reason

price is in canadian dollars i assume but still might be too high

i owned the previous gen mx6 and could comment about it but the newer generatoin is totally different so i wont bother :)

I think he maybe talking Canadian $. That would make it about 3400USD. I have a 93 MX-6LS V-6 with about 45000 miles but it is all OEM except for the BBS wheels.

My son uses it for autocrossing. See the attached pictures.

I guess I should address the question. I have taken care of mine and other than a power antenna that does not work it is in good shape. I did have to replace the clutch last year. After 6 autocross seasons and teaching 3 new drivers how to drive a manual transmission.
