So, for context, my sister bought herself a 2003 Mazdaspeed back in March with plenty of issues. These issues went neglected for some time and now I'm the one stuck fixing them. I'm currently in the middle of trying to rebuild the turbo but cannot get a concise answer on what its exact model is, nor can I find a rebuild kit that I'm positive will work (already accidentally bought a kit for a GT28). On top of it, there's a hole near the block on the intake (?) that looks like "it's supposed to be there" - pictures below.
Anyways, I'm just curious to know if anybody knows where I can find a kit or parts to rebuild the turbo (seals, fans, etc - the compressor housing is fine and the wastegate actuator seems okay) and where I could source other parts. The people in the Facebook group weren't of any help. Thanks!
And yes, there is an earplug in said hole right now because it creates a vacuum leak and stalls the car if that hole isn't "sealed"
