Motor mount question

Hi All
I just bought this 2012 CX9 last night and noticed that it had some inconsistency when shifting at 35-45 mph in stop and go traffic. I also noticed a clunking sound when hitting sharp bumps.
My question is can both of these issues be caused by worn motor mounts. The attached video is the ar shifting from drive to reverse. Is that amount of movement acceptable? Any help is greatly appreciated.

My 2016 mounts have started to crack and the movement seems to be the same like yours. However, no weird sound. It's hard to diagnose when you're driving vs stationary.

The motor mounts are shot. Replacing it will fix this issues.
