I'm not 100% sure, but based on previous cars I've owned, I believe the headlight adjustment is done via the the part that looks like a bottlecap cover on the right side of the picture, just above the white connector. Use an appropriately sized socket on the black plastic hex portion to turn the adjustment mechanism and raise/lower the beam. NOTE: There may be a second adjustment mechanism to aim the headlight inwards and outwards - it should look similar to the one in the picture.
On my 2016.5 the up/down adjustment is on the outer corners of each light. It can be moved with a phillips screwdriver inserted almost vertically through a square "loop". The adjustment for left/right is towatd the centerline of the car and near the top of the housing, looking logically like it is up/down, but it's not.
