MSP2.webpim having problems getting hp. im gonna list mods and hopefully somebody can tell me what im doing wrong, or what is wrong with my setup.

Built bottom half (Wiseco piston/K1 rods)
Garrett 28rs
1000cc injectors
Jay's Racing fuel rail
Walbro pump
Ported and vtc's deleted intake mani
fidenza flywheel
stage3 clutch
FMIC and coated piping
Nology hotwires
Vibrant 3' Turbo back exhaust (cat removed)
Injen CAI

Few more mods just cant remember them all atm. Basically im at 246 Whp @14psi. When we up the boost to 20psi im only making 280 Whp. The only think i can think of is that the Calloway is causing the issue. Any ideas, I really think that shooting for little over 300 isnt asking to much with this setup.

Have you talked to Crossover Auto? Sam lives in DFW and has alot of experience with the MSP. Also what ECU are you running? Sam ran the Calloway on his 30r car but I don't know if he still does.

Your Tune... as in are you able to change it?

Timing is Power, Fuel is Heat Control.

So, If you have not changed your timing, you will not make HP..

^ Exactly.

What are you using for engine management, (as you dont have one listed)

PS. You should not "Vent to Atmo" on the BOV after the Mass Air Sensor.. It will cause the engine to run poorly and dump fuel when it is not needed (Constantly)

You have to have a standalone ECU, and it probably just needs more tuning. And if you haven't worked with Sam at Cross0ver you are wasting your time, the man is a guru for MSPs.

Im running a Haltech Sport 1000. I really dont wanna speak ill of anyone on the forum, but i did buisness with Sam few years ago and he really didnt treat me right. Yes im still on Sock S-Pipe.

Since you have a Haltech, I assume you either have map sensor built into the ECU or an external one. If you do have a map sensor, you can tune entirely with that and do not need the MAF sensor. If you are still using the MAF sensor, then as mentioned above you will definitely have problems with a BOV that is venting to atmosphere. Personally if I had a 28rs, I would make or buy a true 3" intake because the Injen has a bottleneck where it meets the stock turbo and could definitely restrict the air flow that a bigger turbo demands.

This is not to be used as a map to run off of. It is as an example for the Ignition ONLY and even then and for 94 - 106 Octane.

550cc Injectors
50 Psi Rail

The Trigger Will not work on your car.
The Base Timing will not work on your car.
The Idle Motor is not Stock.
The TPS is not Stock.

So Basically. Look at it for ideas but don't use it.
