What is this thing called?

It is 2 bolts in the body that a band or clamp of some sort that holds the pieces together. It allows to bumper cover to be taken of with ease. It is slipping my mind what it's called.

after i thought about it i kina thought it was aftermarket but it would make the bumper a whole lot easier to take off
 
Sounds like you talking about DZUS 1/4 Turn fasteners. I used to use them to take the fenders/bumper off my car, and the 2000 Cobra R has then on the lower lip of the front bumper so that you can remove it to take a drive through town, then put the lip on for Auto-X. They don't really involve a big linkage like that though. But you can basically pull whatever you have them attached with off with a flat screwdriver and 10 seconds of time.
 
Exactly what I was talking about, except there is usually like a band or clamp that holds the two together. I KNOW someone on here has some because that's what peaked my interest in the first place.
