Installed clunk fix + adjustable end links = huge noise?

Today I finished the install of some parts I had laying around; Delsing clunk fix, AWR adjustable rear end links, and new black poly-urethane bushings for the clunk fix kit.

I got everything on and took it for a spin. It handles great, but there is a loud noise coming from the passenger rear. It sounds very much like a bushing (rubbery-squeak sound). This occurs over bumps, when coming to a stop, taking off hard, cornering, etc. Pretty much any circumstance but a smooth, straight road.

My main question is this: Did I not grease the bushing well enough? I'm 100% sure it is the correct sized bushing, and only the passenger side is making noise. I used black multipurpose grease that says it's for use on suspension, brakes, and wheel bearings. After I cleaned the paint off the sway bar for the area were the new bushings attach, I greased the crap out of the inside of each bushing then slide them on.

I'd imagine the bushing greasing was the culprit but would the noise have something to do with my end links? I'm pretty sure the end links are installed correctly (in terms of how long they are and what side of the strut tab and sway bar it's on) but the angle of the bottom joint is pretty extreme, I think. I'm not really sure how to correct it, though? The stock end link has both ends facing the same way (as compared to opposite directions for the front end links)

I attached the picture of how the rear passenger side looks.

You probably need to grease the bushings more. I took a look at my car and the stock endlinks do have a similar angle to them. You must remember that if you got the "greasable" bushings that are made by Energy Suspension they are slightly on the small side. Lube the crap out of the bushings and also the crack between the bushing and the locking collar holding it in place on the sway bar.

The squeaking was indeed a greasing issue. I took them both off and regreased the hell out of the insides, then tossed some on the outside where the collar clamp goes. I think the later was the trick.

Now that the squeak is gone, I can tell what people mean by the AWR adjustable end links making some noise (compared to stock). Guess I'll live with it - it sure as heck beats the clunk :D

From the looks of your picture I believe you installed your endlinks wrong. The top is facing correctly but the bottom isn't your bottom nut should be in the opposite direction of the top nut giving it a more relaxed position thus this should eliminate your squeaking. If you notice in a lot of the pictures on awr and other endlinks the top and bottom nuts are opposite directions as opposed to yours which are bolted on in the same direction.

sorry for the grave dig, looking up information for awr endlinks

Wow, that endlink looks horrible. Post pics after it get re-mounted.

I'm pretty sure that the rears face the same way and the fronts are the ones that are in the opposite direction.
