Actually I did some research and its said that the Lachute car has no BPV.

Follow the link from this page for a vid from 08 of the car. I am including a screenshot where you can see that there is no BPV on the cold pipe. It is possible that it's directly on the FMIC but I don't feel like digging around anymore to find pictures.

You can't see a BPV on the cold pipe there either. It may be further down or it may be directly on the intercooler.
