It was pretty simple compared to the dash process. I used Plastikote vinyl paint that I got from Advanced Auto Parts. It has built in flex so that it will not crack as easily. Just make sure you use a ton of clearcoat.
A little update for you guys. By mid November I will be ordering some 18" Gunmetal Exel Ennios. Hopefully soon after, depending on how much of a bonus I get at work, I will place my order for a carbon fiber hood. I am looking for a complete black and silver theme. Now I just need to do more engine work.
Protege2K : Hmm im gonna be lowering my ride in 2 weeks or so.... i am dbating btw the Eibachs and the H&Rs...... What have you gotta say about the Eibachs so far?
It seems pretty low... do you bottom out alot on driveways? Does your front bumper get scratched up quite abit? Plus if you have 3 adults sitting in the back is there any rubbing?
nooooo ya can't use those wheels, you have good wheels as it is why change again?? save the cash,. and paint those damn handles!!! i'm doing mine in the next week or so - hopefully

I was thinking about painting my handles but I was advised against it because they might chip in the future (im not saying my source is reliable or anything)
Greg :What did you use to paint your interior? Im too lazy to search
Great car dude. If you want a black/white theme, keep the handles and side mirrors black. I think it compliments the car. But, da da da damn, you did an awesome job.
naa she'll be good these cars are made of plastic fantastic
i ran into a jeep about 4 months ago bumpers were fine... was just the crumpled hood that i had to worry about, and the headlights...damn insurance wouldn't upgrade...
oh yeah sorry tops kit protege2k i like that sorta thing - not over the top, but makes the car stand out
