Anyone Familiar With Krylon Fusion Paint?

So I bought and used a can of Krylon Fusion Paint to work on my rear valence, and am now wondering what I can do with what I have leftover.
I have the DIY Headlight project in mind, but what about other parts of the car?

I was wondering if it would do well on my intake piping, or even my stock rims (I'm less likely to consider, unless any of you have impressive results).

So anyone have any experience with or ideas?

its made for plastic isnt it? so the headlights will be good, maybe the cd surround or something, i dont really know what else u can do lol

Yeah, but it says that it works for metal, vunyl, glass and more, which is why ideas started popping up. Yeah, I don't think there's much after that to paint - emblems, I'm guessing?

Any pictures of the rear of your P5?

Hrm, I'm really wondering if it would work on the intake pipe, as I scratched it up a bit when I took a hacksaw to it (AEM intake relocation that some other people have also done). I'm afraid of it looking like crap or not working well with the heat. I'm not sure what I can test the paint on to get an answer, either.
Any suggestions?

If you can figure out how to paint your rims with what sounds like 1/2-3/4 of a can of spray paint. You let me know and I will give you a cookie.

lol ya rry, it takes about 3-4 cans to paint your wheels. not to mention that there is wheel paint for that job...

What finish do you have?

I have a can of satin black that I used for my headlights and emblems....very nice.

y dont you repaint your interior pieces black if the current silver ones are scratched up? please dont paint match ur interior pieces with ur exterior. ^_^

This might be good for me. Mines are all chipped. Taking it off is the pain tho.

Whatever you do make sure you clean all peices free of any oils! Ie armor all type crap. I used that crap on my old mystique and ruined the door panels because i didnt clean them properly... damn things never really dried. They were still sticky even after 3 months in the sun on my porch.

Ouch.
Good tip--I wouldn't want that happening. I can only imagine the kind of crap that would stick onto it.

Until I test it on other things, I decided to be generous and paint my friend's valence as well. Crappy part is, I know I'll probably do a better job, given I've done it once before.
Oh well, good deed of the month.
