Hey I'm a noob here and just wanted to introduce myself. I found this site while looking for a vacuum hose for my '03 P5 and figured that I would get more info if I just joined instead of just lurking around.

My name is Cil and my husband and I bought our P5 back in 03 and we were very excited about it. It was our very first brand new car purchase and we couldn't have picked a better car.

Thats about all for now, I cant think of much else to say other that I'm looking forward to gaining more knowledge from you folks. This seems like the place to get the info I'm looking for.

If you wanna know more about me feel free to ask.

(eekdance)

this is an old pic from when she was first bought in AZ, and the other is a sunset pic on I-5 from the mirror.

I totally need to get more pics of her.

Welcome C!lly! Lots o' info on here.

Formula for overwhelming amounts of help:

Post cute pic of yourself= everyone becomes your personal mechanic! LOL!

Sorry just the way it is... Us guys just get yelled at to search for it ourselves! You've found a gem of a car, Enjoy! More pics of the car when you can please...

Welcome aboard. Gold mine of resources here. Definitely in good hands with regards to information about our cars.

welcome! not sure of you plan to do with the car, but this is definitely a good one with todays gas price ($3.86/g here)

thanks guys (I'll get right on those pics.....hahaha). I've loved this car since we got it. I've got small plans for it for now. I want to pay it off first then build it up. We'll have to see. I've had it for almost 5 years and have literally driven across the country a couple of times with it and the most problems I've had were the air intake manifold recall they had a couple years ago, and the torn vacuum hose that I've got now. The other issues were opperator error that I wont divulge to you at this time lol. I love the mpg it gets. And on my week day off of work this week if weather permits I'll take her out and get some good pics. I'm a decent photographer (I hafta put a plug in on my side job when I can (crazy)).

A nice set of tein springs can do wonders for your handling and the look of the car, IMO! Also there's a section on photography, were you can post up any cool pic's you've taken!

since I started my job recently, I havent had a good chance to get out and take any decent photos. We went out and got this awesome camera, only to not have the time to use it. It sucks.
