interoir from the passenger side...
Notice...
the seats are slightly different....
the door trim is black felt-like material instead of the material we have....
the shift knob is different (sparco) although I don't like it...
the cup holders are different
you can't see them, but they have snazzy new sparco pedals with rubber grips!
New head unit (the z828 is better)

PERSONALLY....I like OUR seats better, the cup holders suck as they don't work for crap as we all know BUT, they look a LOT better with a door to cover them.
I seriously think that I am going to make the trade.
I had my doubts at first.. Because the MP3 is the "first:. but mazda isn't even thinking of the mp3. They advertise this car as Mazdas First in a series on the Mazdaspeed line. The more and more I look at it the more and more I like it.
