Body side moldings

I agree on your placement of them...I like them...nice job! It may help a little huh!? Does not tarnish the CX 7 appearance at all!

Body side moldings installed (Copper Red) ....took maybe 20 mins to get 'em on. And yes they are a little on the thin side so as far as door protection goes, I doubt that they will prevent any door dings ..... but I do like the look. Went with the 9" measurement from the bottom door crease as Markman recommended rather than the suggested 11". (Thanks M) Just make sure you place them right the first time as the 3M adhesive is unforgiveable.

CXheaven...looks great on the copper...makes the car look less like one giant piece of tin on the side....finishes it nicely... protection or not....Ok...I am getting those eventually!

Cruzdreamer ....that's exactly why I got them. Of course, it's just a matter of opinion, but the doors have always seemed to me to be missing a little something. These fit my bill perfectly without being too overbearing. I think you'll like them. I know I do.

Hey got your message CXheaven. Thanks. What are the door sills you will be getting?
Are they silver instead of the black pieces? I really want some piano black B pillars for the exterior, side led mirrors with turn signals and the side moldings.

Cruzdreamer .....yes, they are the chrome/stainless steel ones that adhere to the existing black ones inside each door. I just ordered the aero kit as well ... they tell me it will be in next Tuesday and I'm planning on having it installed on Wednesday. Will post pics. The parts guy told me the Mazda depot has plenty of them. LED mirrors?? Oh Jeeze .....I can tell you now I'm sure I'll want those too.
