Im trying to install my dgm grill, how do you attach the mesh to it???? and if anybody has used products from paint scratch.com how do you make it look as shinny as the paint on the car, the color matches, but it doesnt have that shine to it??? any ideas....??? THANKS ALOT

I might be wronge so don't take my advise only, but I beleive the car shines because it has multiple clear coats

I haven't done any body mods to my mazda but I had a 93 Celica (RIP) that I did tons of mods on. To get the mesh to mount to my front bumper kit I attatched it to the inside with fiber glass on the corners and places in between like a tac-weld... I hope that makes sence. I don't really know what else to tell you besides Bond-O or some sort of E-Poxy.

to get the gloss, use clearcoat. once it dries, use a very mildly abrasive polishing compound to smooth it out. then wax it up and it should shine like it came out of the factory.

THANKS for every1's help, i used plastic epoxy resin, worked good, took a while to dry and was messy(i put it on thick) but the end result was what i wanted it to do. ill have some pics up of the grill....

Looks good. I have a different grill & paintscratch.com paint & clear that I'll be doing soon since temps will allow. My grill is the sport type looking grill like on the 6s or newer 3s. Also will be doing some sort of mesh for radiator protection.
