headlight trouble

hey guys hows it going?hopefully someone can give me some advise on this.i know Mr Detailer is the man when it comes to this stuff so here is my question.how in the world do you clean this crap off my headlight?its def on the outside and it kinda looks like some kind of oxidation or wind damage.ive tried a couple of things i had lying around (i have 2 shelves FULL of cleaners and whatnot)but i didnt want to waste $ on something i didnt know would work or not.anyway here are the pics.thanks in advance for ya'lls infinate wisdome.

It looks a bit like condensation on the inside, but if you say it is on the outside, it looks like plain ol' oxidation or overspray, though the latter doesn't seem likely to be on just half of the headlight.

Try the PlastX or Plexus. If you have a polisher, you could try it with that. Otherwise just get yourself a MF applicator pad and apply the plastic polish with that.
