Anyone know what this part is?

Already posted in the MSP section...decided to post it up here as well for some more exposure. I was replacing vacuum lines and broke the nipple off of the piece pictured (piece is outlined in blue, vacuum nipple is highlighted in red). Superglued the nipple back together, but I need to go ahead and replace the part. Located on the top of the intake manifold...held in place by gold bracket w/ two bolts...looks to be a solenoid/relay of some sort. I know the pic is pretty crappy, but was the best I could do last night. I will try and get some more when I get home from work tonight.

from the incredibly small picture provided and the description, sounds like a VICS/VTCS valve.

we dont see much with the picture its to small,but probably the vcts valve,or even the tps,throttle position sensor,can you show us a bigger picture?

just noticed that the attachment is too small...at work at the moment, will try to make it better...might have to wait until I get home to get it right though...

Here is the same pic but so you can see better...By comparing this w/ the service manual and thanks to a reply in my thread in the MSP section I am pretty sure it is the fuel pressure regulator solenoid. Now I need to see if anyone knows the part number for this...just called my dealership and they were pretty clueless. Also, I am assuming I could use fpr solenoid from any 2002+ protege, wouldn't have to be MSP specific...right?
