MY current speeds setup dyno

as you can see my s*** is running so rich almost the entire time, and yet i have DSM's AFC on there, i dont know why that is.

so now im going to up the boost some and see what she does

nice numbers, what were you boosting at the time? im curious b/c i have almost the same mods as you: 2.5" dp with high flow cat, CAI, MBC at 10 psi and CS SMIC....curious as to what i may be puttin to the wheels...

Do you have a boost gauge to confirm the amount of psi? I have a hard time believing that with that amount of breather mods that the boost hasn't increased a few pounds over stock. Regardless, pretty decent numbers.
 
ya i got the automete lite guage, and im prety sure it sits at 6.5 when at wot, but ill be adding a EBC soon blitz sbc-id, or a profec e01 havnt decided yet
 
nice numbers. but you're right, i thought with the afc, your afr would be alot better than indicated on the graph.
 
what kind of dyno? those are pretty good numbers for 6.5psi for sure

turn up the boost your def way rich there
 
no way your boosting 6.5 psi and runningthat rich making 185 to the wheels. my ES at 6 psi made 185+whp and 190+tq (2.5 turbo back no cats, SRI, begi FMIC, on a T3) and owned your face at stock boost with all those same mods minus the AFC. thought u were boostn 10 psi. isnt shannon boosting 10 and at rhe same #'s? you need to watch you boost gauge in every gear. what gear did it dyno in, 3rd or 4th?
 
i just took the cats off week before the dyno, and i didnt have the hardpipes or smic, when we "raced". and yes its only boosting 6.5, atleast thats what the guage yes.

and i know the arf say im rich, but im having a hard time beleaving it.

and i dont know what gear they did the pull in.

and what a way to pull me down danny.!! heh
 
oh not pulling you down, just debating it. your car may boost higher in different gears mind you. it just really doesnt make since. running sloppy AFR's, stock boost and a stock turbo on you list of mods really doeasnt add up to 35whp. my car with a bigger turbo, more fuel, same psi, bigger piping, no cats, solid motor mounts etc bairly made that to the wheels. props if it does though man.
 
my guage could be borked, i dont know. i need to get a new turbotimer since my hks stoped working, so i think im going to get one that has boost on it so i can see what it peeks at and what not, then its time for a ebc.

Yep, I used to have an additional 2psi from 1-3 to 4th gear. Was kind of nice, gave me that extra bit of umph I needed to pull away sometimes.
