Farve's a good guy and all but it's time for him to hang it up. His fundamental skills have ALWAYS been very lacking, his footwork and throwing mechanics suck ass, and now that he's getting older he's not able to rely on just pure athletic ability. You're going to see his career tail off very quickly. He never has been able to hit a receiver on the run.

looking at their schedule, the packers may only win about 5 games this season. that makes me very happy considering my bears should win (hopefully) 7.

Yeah....what's funny is that come December I think the Packers will have 2 wins and that's it. I can basically guarantee they will not win a single game in the entire month of November...it's a brutal stretch for even a good team.

I trully feel sorry for Bret. One of my most favorite quarterbacks ever. I love the guy.

Not completely his fault. Age and his athletic abilities aren't the main reason that Green Bay is failing. Don't forget that he has a young, unbalanced team. No one to throw it to, no running offense to set up a good passing offense, no type of chemistry or connection with any players. Bret IS the most talented person on the team. He thought he could carry them on his back and bit off more than he could chew.
