What would YOU drive?

challenger from vanishing point, and the firebird from matrix reloaded, both are badass :-D

Well, I would have gone with the Ferrari from Magnum PI, but that was just a VW body/wheel kit. So, it shall be KITT instead!! LOL

what about the kid who turned into a car... depending on if he was hot or cold

Camaro convertable from Charlies angels movie. The Mad Max interceptor is cool, then again so is the family truckster (see sig :) )

Hmmm, this is very tough indeed. I would probably have to say Eleanor, but I wouldnt complain about any of the muscle cars in the ricer movies. I know I've seen a movie with an XJ-220 in it as well, and I could definatly deal with that.

Thats one of my favorite scenes from any movie when it shows the mystery machine in the live action movie and smokes just pouring out the top, then it turns out they're cooking eggplant or something. That's about the only time I laughed in that whole movie.

For the most part, Magnum P.I. used real Ferraris (they had four of them, I think). The only kit car was used for really big stuts where they didn't want to smash a Ferrari.

You may be thinking about the Ferrari Daytona Spydercar from Miami Vice, which was, IIRC, a Corvette chassis with Ferrari-designed body panels and a Ferrari engine/drivetrain:

Sexy, sexy car.

Eventually, Ferrari became a little pissed that a car with Ferrari badges but not a Ferrari pedigree was getting so much screen-time, and they called the producers of Miami Vice on it. Their solution? They blew it up.
(I couldn't find a picture of the car going BOOM, so here's a pic of Sonny watching it happen)

You'd look like this if they blew up your Ferrari, too.

Ferrari, now happy that the glitch had been fixed, provided the show with their best at the time, the Testerossa:

Jesus, I am such a car geek. I've never watched Miami Vice yet I did all of that from memory.

Speaking of TV rides, anyone remember Hardcastle and Mccormick?

Oh, and I watched Nash Bridges religiously for one incredibly beautiful reason:

THE RX-7 OFF THE FIRST FAST AND FURIOUS (first) I THOUGHT THERE WERE HARD CORE MAZDA FANS HERE I GUESS NOT
Uh, I think the fact that we're "hard-core" Mazda fans is the reason why we haven't picked the riced-out RX-7 from TF&TF.

ok besides the graphic's and the rims. that was one bad ass rx-7. i read the article on it in super street way back when and the true owner has a motor to go with the car.

the only one i really didn't like was ja rule's integra, i'm not a big fan of red and yellow.
