I wish we all lived in the same city, so I could b**** slap all you assholes who come into the NA Tech section and tell us to go turbo. Topher is a regular, he knows what going NA is all about and doesn't need dicks telling him otherwise.

Jamies has already made over 200hp with his setup, and trust me, he'll be much faster than 15s when it's installed and tuned. Jamie, maybe you should elaborate on your setup more for those who THINK they know what they're talking about...

(rlaugh)sorry i found this funny... why do you speak?

But 65 racecoupe weve tried talking these guys into the turbo route in the past... its just not thier thing. They do what they want and do alot more work to get there. I give them props for the amount of s*** they go through.

Damn, I didn't mean to raise hell. I'm probably going to end up going na myself in fact all of my cars have been na. I'm just a fan of forced induction and I'm not dising anyone here that loves na tuning. I would love to know how to get more bang for the buck going na though because like I said I am most likely going na. And like rednecks r us said, lets get back on the subject.

just take it one step at a time, the power your going to notice will be gradual, unlike FI, but once you break open all those bolt ons with an EMS... you'll be nicely suprised.

Alright, sounds good. I just have another question that when I see the answer, I'm probably going to kick my self in the a$$. What is EMS?

Engine Management System. Piggyback, full standalone, etc. Depending on the system, you can do fun stuff like fuel maps, timing, etc.

I hope people realize that when they use Tri-point's car as an example for N/A power, that each one of those motor's we're 10,000$, had to be rebuilt every few races, and run at such a level few could even explain.

This thread has got me thinking...
I'm thinking about going N/A as well.
Now I just need some cams, clutch, and flywheel to get started.

awr 4-2-1 header goes on tomarrow.

Chris--you dyno that thing yet? Assume both cats are gone?
I still have the second cat.
I'm in the process of having a catless midpipe made with a electronic cutout.(attached)
I'm also planning to chop off the oval tip on my racingbeat axel back and welding a 2.4" straight pipe and painting it black so that it'll look stock.
