Leaking little oil from Oil return line?...

I have been noticing a smell of burnt oil since the winter and now its getting more noticable since the weather got warmer. I always saw a little drop hanging from the drain nut on the oil pan and thought it was leaking a liutte but now i can see alot of wet spray marks below the oil return line that goes to the pan from the turbo. The plastic guard pieces under the car that hang right under the line are getting wet and i don't know wha's causing the line to leak. But it was be leaking only when i am driving cause i don't see oil come out at idle, only just the residue of oil is there. So my question is, why is causing it to leak from there if it is, and how do i fix it? thanx

the thing is, it looks like it is coming from where it is tapped into the pan. where it screws in with a nut or bolt. And there is some kind of rubbery stuff around where in it screwed into the pan, like sealing stuff i think. and i think its coming off slowly

so the fitting is not welded on? or is leaking from the thread?

i'll have to dbl. check, but i don't think it is, i think there is a bolt there like it is screwed in

If you look close you can see the sealing stuff around the bolt. and yes, there is a clamp on it, but it doesn't seem to be leakingfr om there; it seems to be coming from where it meets the pan and you can see the oil residue from down from there.

crap that looks like the seal all stuff from autozone. id get it off and get the nut welded to the oil pan. a local muffler shop should do it for cheap. like $20 cheap.

yeah its supposed to be welded on. you weld a nut or some kind of fitting on the oil pan.

dammit, i bought the car already setup with the turbo. Damn a**holes don't know how to do things right

yup its supposed to be welded on. it doesnt look welded just superglued on. you have anyother pics of th car?

so i mine as well wait til i have to change the oil then right, cause they have to drain it out to weld it?

yeah. thats the best time to do it. if its leaking alot i would just go ahead and do it now. also when you get it off get some gasket maker and put some on the oil pan flange. make sure you get all the old stuff off first.

Here are some pix...
