I had a little trouble getting my Eibach springs installed this weekend, so I only got the fronts on before i quit. Thought it might look pretty neat with the car lowered only in the front. Well, heres a pic for you all to decide for yourselves.

If you think it looks stoopid, dont worry, its only going to be like this for a week. :)

when I changed my springs and struts I got the front done with no prob, but the rear edlink bults didn't wanna come off. I had to drive around for 2 days until the dealer got new endlinks so I could cut my old ones off. Car looked like it had a big V8 in it. lol. Just like yours

haha, yeah I told the guys at work that I did a V8 and RWD swap this weekend. They didnt buy it tho. :(

Finished

well, got the rear springs installed. What a b**** of a job. Not recommended for one person, without air tools or spring compressors (I did the front without compressors, but wised up and bought some to do the back).

Anyway, finished pics. I love the way it looks now. Havent driven it enough to say how the handling is, but expect it to be much improved.

It gets easier the more times you do it. I have done it about 10 times or so, twice on my p5. Try putting in a clutch by yourself with only floorjacks and jackstands. Putting your bumper back on after intercooler install without tearing off the little tabs. That took me about an hour of straight up frustration.

Car looks good and thats what makes it all worth while!

You're right I believe. It took me 8 hours over two weekends to do it, but I was having to use a cresent wrench on the spring compressors, which took for freakin' ever!! A socket instead would have knocked at least an hour off my time. Air tools would have greatly helped too. My damn lug nuts seemed to be welded on.
