Cellshade request (or anything else artistic)

Just messed with the colors...no effects...

I may be able to get on a shade this weekend, but it isn't exactly a quick thing to do...

There is a very detailed How to...
It is not that hard once you get the hang of it ... i have been doing it for a while, and all i can say is the more you practice the better you will be.
It takes a while if you want it to look good. if you rush through it you will be able to tell when you are finished.
You do use photoshop...

Here are some other cell shades that i have done. i dont know why the one i did above came out so sketchy...i will try again latter.
