Deer was struck by a minivan and propeled upwards into the window of the SUV.

There are multiple organs inside the SUV, and ya the guy survived though probably in shock from massive blood drenching...

I think the carcass was squirting blood all over the car, which is how it got in the back and stuff. the driver probably got the hell out before it was done squirting
