wanted: pics of black P5 with black altezza's

Just what the title says. Just want to see if it looks good or not. Want to try and match my black headlights.

You should get some of that VHT Nightshades spray tint. That stuff is incredible. Just cover it with some store bought spray on clear cote when you are done and you will have black lenses that still function like regular tails.

those do look real good man, but i think u could only pull that off on a black car... i dont know i guess like midnight blue but dont think it would look as good as black

yes i would agree about the ugly ass crome and even most of the CF ones. But the black ones look pretty much like our stock ones just with a clear lens and the crome blacked out. Just like 90% of us have done with our headlights!

Since someone wondered, here they are on a titanium gray car.
BTW: If they're black, they're not Altezzas!

hey chicaboo, where did you get those? i've only seen them on ebay.

if they're off ebay, how well did they fit?, do you have condensation problems?

they sell them with no warranty, "as-is". so i worry about that

Hi David,

I got mine off ebay also, but they are available off online shops too. The fit is quite terrible, and you will need to shave around 1/2" off the top mounting lugs for them to fit snug to the car body and look good. I've seen the black taillights on silver, grey and black cars, and I think they look best on a grey car. If you like the chrome, you'll want to put them on a black car, you might get away with them on a red car?
Before I sold my black taillights we had extremely heavy rain for a while, and they did not fog up or hold any water, the construction is much like the factory lights anyway...
In the months they were on my car, they handled the heat off the bulbs and showed no signs of deterioration or fading (remember I live in the hottest country on Earth too!). So I don't think you have anything to worry about when it comes to warranty.
