Mine is big enough for me to stick my fingers into it after the repair for my accident.

NOPE...something is not lined up right....or even worse....it wasn't put back together / repaired correctly....mine have a nice even gap all around...and its TINY.

mine looks normal, however, there is a gap where my rear bumper connects to the rest of the car... I can push it up to make it look OK but otherwise it looks like it is falling off a little

dude wtf man... okay now im starting to get a lil irk here after sorta following these... whatever attempt and a rough pull on your frame they did ******* sucked. Ive never seen such bad work. Id question the integrity of your fram at this point get under the rear bumper and you sohuld be able to tell and maybe a look under the trunk matt. snap shots.

I imagine it would have been hard for you to take those pics if you did it alone. Keeping one hand holding the tape measure and the other hand holding camera steady.

I am talking to my insurance adjuster right now. See if I can take my car to some place else to fix this cause I don't think that Sound Ford body shop have the skills to fix import cars at all. And I worry about if I take my car back there again, another 892 miles might be added again while they have my car.

I will let you know how things go. By the way, how long does it takes for you to get here in Renton from your place?

At the moment I'm only working in the mornings and of by 9am, and I'm off most of the weekend and allday monday as well if any of that works for you, Let me know. And, really if you've got any kind of specific appintment or something like that, getting a day off isn't a huge deal at the moment either. Renton's like a couple hours, but I've got friends over ont he westside that I'm past-due for visiting anyways, so it's really no bigdeal.

Actually did it myself this morning...and my hand isn't that steady, but I guess the camera didn't notice! Best of luck...they should fix it right. If not, complain to your insurance company and demand it be fixed right by another shop. That's what you pay insurance for.

Well, I took the car to the body shop on Thursday. The adjuster that was suppose to meet with me never show up and have one of his other staffs (those lazy as_hole that have been messing with my car) to greet me.

I showed them the stuff that they haven't done right, that's include the supporting strut for the rear hatch, the mis-alignment of the rear hatch and the tails lights, and also the rear window tint that they didn't put in.

I tell ya, they are worst than some lazy ratarded grade school kids. You have to tell them to do every single thing yourself or they won't do it at all.
