I got this pic from car sound & performance mag. It is their Yellow MP3 with the evo hood. It is good news in that they have one made and proof that their is one, so maybe it will be on sale soon. Anyways here you go.

That hood looks awesome. Does anyone know if it is c/f or just painted black? Its hard to tell from the picture.

I was planing on getting the DG Motorsports hood but I might get this one instead. The oem replacement hood looks so plain(but bad ass) and I don't want to fork over $1100 for the ram air hood. I have seen APC's hood but it just doesn't look right at all to me.

i emailed wings west back in late november/early december and they indicated it would be ready in january. I think its a little behind so i would expect them any time now. and i do believe they are CF

alright, it's been determined, i am buying this hood over the apc one. Also is it just me or are there vents to the outside of the hood? I not talking about the main vents, but i am talking about the black things where they painted it yellow.

I don't think those vents are part of the actual hood...as those look exactly like the scoops that are part of the 9 piece body kit, of course they COULD have intigrated them into that hood vs having them as a seperate part to put on....but it would be a good question to ask before laying out the green for the hood...

i got the dg motorsports hood and it is flawless i had to waite three weeks so they could make me one but it was worth the waite. the mp3 is going to the shop in the morning and i get it back next week
