help me out guys, i cant get ahold of beau at this exact moment...i need to know some things...

1) where/what exactly do those shields bolt to

2) does the turbo sit almost right on the passenger side fan or am i doing something wrong

3) can i mount the WG, turbo, and manifold and then hook up pipes, or what order should i go in?

4) does the fmic not use brackets or am i missing them?

5) does the charge piping route without having to cut any metal? like just down through the wheel well and cut over?

if anyone in the AZ area would like to come down sunday from 9am - 3pm to help me install it woudl greatly be appreciated. im sure ill think of some more questions.

6) oh, how do you get the damn fittings on the end of the oil return line?

any pictures of the install in a REASONABLE size, NOT located already in pats install thread would be greatly appreciated.

beau i talked to ryan he answered all my questions. i didnt get the bov or the silicone today, so hopefully monday. is the silicone piece the one that goes to the inlet from the intake that im missing?

i hope there isnt supposed to be a gasket for the downpipe from the turbo cause i sure dont got one.

can someone post a pic of exaclt how the intercooler piping should be routed? i cant figure out the passenger side at all without cutting, and im not sure if ive got the drive side right or not.

Starting from the turbo:

L-shaped pipe. The short end goes into the turbo.
U-shapeed pipe with one of the legs at a 70* bend. This pipe attaches to the L pipe. The end of the U pipe that has the odd bend goes into a hump hose then intercooler.

right. silicone for that one. matt, i had to do some cutting of the underbody trim.

ALSO- word of advice. where the IC pipe from the TB goes thru to the underside (where the injen went thru) put a piece of hose around it so you wont scrape up your IC pipes if its close. i just did today. also look at the clearance with the brake res and the tb pipe.

he's called me acouple times, and I think I got him all straightened out. so far anyways... he has another day of putting it together left.
