I'm sorry it took so long for me to post this.... I finally got off my lazy butt and took some pics of my ride.. Hope you like em..
Long ago I posted a thread about wanting a better center console armrest, and got only a few (positive) replies about my idea, (many changes have come since then...) well here is the result.... The armrest is a J.C. Whitney universal armrest console... which I ripped out of my old (crappy) Sentra I'd been driving for years (J.C.W. still sells them). I tore it apart and cut down the lower section by 2 inches..... re-assembled it ... and used it to replace my factory armrest lid... This mod gives me extra storage for my crap, plus lets me cruise comfortably without having to lean all the way back and to the right like some average home boy weenie..... Sorry, no offence intended.... Yo..
The 2nd mod to my silver bullet is the addition of a F/G engine cover from DGM... (which I painted satin black to match the rest of the engine compartment but threw in a P5 tailgate chrome emblem to make it look like it was born there dudes..... I thought about a red engine cover, but that would be too F&F you know... I think of it as OEM as it should have been originally dudes!!!!
The 3rd thing I did was get some custom graphics for my ride from decalkits.com... but I wanted a cool but not over the top addition to my ride you know... So since I always loved the Z28's & Z24's with the "Z" nameplate on the ground FX's I went for what I could only describe as simplicity at it's best.... I think it turned out better than expected..... Since it looks almost just like the P5 logo on the tailgate you know..... I think it is a perfect addition without being too much you know...
I hope some of you appreciate my mods, and those of you who go a little more rad.... Sorry, but I just can't go there yet..... Yellow plates you know....... Attract tooooo much attention.... Ohioan's know what I mean...... Don't drink and drive dudes!!! Or you will regret it.................
