I got the light thing working, I guess i was missing the settings in the setup menu! Now just wondering what the ACC cable would do !

K Question! Did you run any cable besides the blue one? like the red one (ACC) it seems GPS is not keeping the settings after you turning off the car, also I get not illumination in the buttons !

OK i Have ran in to a couple of issues, like Tom tom not running b/c complaining about not enough memory or Tom tom freezing up , I tried going into control panel and disabling all power options but nada! also Route 66 works perfectly !! any ideas?

Yeah you can even install a switch to the blue cable and use it when u want to see the rear camera, I think i'm doing both, tap into a backup cable and install a switch to use camera at any time

My testing was done with the unit on a table and a 12V power supply, I have to wait until tonight when I will start taking apart the console and see if I can find the back-up switch. I have a 3 auto trans.

OK I tested the Unit outside the Car: .- Rear Camera: Blue cable will activate the Unit and video will pop up automatically, you need to connect blue cable to the back-up light switch connector. .- Bluetooth icon will activate as long you have the BT unit plugged into the HU and can cables are...

I will do that on the weekend and let you know, i'm guessing the camera has to power up when u put ur gear in reverse at the same time, cables on the unit brake and gear has to be activated ?? dunno!!

Yeah Keith but what i'm saying is the UNIT has those other 2 cables, maybe those needs to be connected ??????
