Official 2026 Mazda CX-5 Pics and Details Released

That’s likely because they are connected services. (like getting traffic data through cell network and using the internet for voice recognition). The question will be how much you can use the service without subscribing. Like will the nav be available but without traffic, etc. Honestly i...

You can see in this video that he did about 212km/h (131mph) with his CX-5.

How insane is a 140mph+ speedometer?

The speed cutoff on my stock manual 5 speed 4 cylinder Mazda 6 2004 was at 125mph. The CX-5 would probably be able to reach around the same speeds. It just won’t get there very fast. But I suspect the max speed on the speedos is selected more in terms of design and visual than actual speed...

    Technical manual

You won’t find a matching VIN. That doesn’t matter. The other comment saying the link is for Australia is correct, but there isn’t much difference between the Australian and American model. 95% of the work will be the same. As long as you select the correct generation of CX-5.

    CX-5 (possibly) Broken Into

Mazda does make it really vague. The system is very subtle as well, people may have it without ever noticing. But I don’t know in the US if it is there or not. The spec sheet for the 24 mazda cx-5 in the US says it has Engine-immobilizer anti-theft system But the Canadian spec sheet says: «...

    CX-5 (possibly) Broken Into

I am not sure about that. the theft deterrent system is in the owner manual so at least some CX-5 models have it. .

    Mazda CX-9 starting issue…Help

May be unrelated, because it is not consistent with the bogging down while driving and is a different engine, but I had a 2010 mazda 3 that would do the same at start. It would crank and start the first time, but if i missed it the first time then after that it would just turnover and not...

Dashboard displays 2 malfunctions in cold weather

I am not sure. I don’t think we can say for sure it is the brake fluid or not, other than to say that it may be it. When it happened to me because of the brakes it was intermittent. Could also be battery related, if it is 5 year old it might be getting old and low when it is cold in the...

Dashboard displays 2 malfunctions in cold weather

The frost on the windshield or direct sunlight would trigger the camera sensor error message and not the Front radar system malfunction error. They look similar but the messages identifies which sensor is at cause. The Radar is in the Mazda emblem at the front of the car. If it is dirty it can...
