Actually, I am curious about how you mounted it to the steering wheel and how you ran the cable. Does the cable show or did you run it behind the dash somehow? Can you leave it plugged in all the time (basically is it ok to start the car with it plugged in)?

Where does it say this? In the owner's manual it says to use 5w-20 and to use 5w-30 if 5w-20 is not available. Even the Mobil 1 website recommends 5w-20 for the Mazdaspeed3. I would like to see some confirmation on using 5w-30.

So can I run just the kicker 3-way or the memphis 16XO3 without any other mods? I'm probably not going to do the install myself, but I wanted to keep the process as simple as possible and with the fewest modifications as possible.

I have a MS3 with the Bose system and I was wondering if you could use a crossover or maybe a low pass filter to seperate low, mids, and highs? Where lows would only go to the sub and the mids and highs to the door speakers. This is with keeping the system otherwise stock. Is this possible?
